We follow a stringent recruitment and vetting process.

Our staff have an enhanced CRB and their references are checked.

They undertake shadowing and induction training, which includes manual handling, POVA (safeguarding adults), health and safety, first aid, medication, food preparation.

They regularly undertake further training and NVQ courses to ensure they stay up to date and highly trained.

They are regularly supervised at work.

We employ only those who have a tender, loving, caring attitude, ensuring you have staff who love the work.
